Our primary goal is having you fully satisfied with our products. Please, when you receive your order, take a moment to check for any defect or missing parts. If there's any problem due to an error from our packaging process, we will send you the replacement parts at our charge.
Also, if there's any situation you might not be 100% satisfied, please allow us a chance to address the problem first, by contacting us by e-mail or phone (toll free). We will do our best to solve any issue you may have encountered. After that, if you're still not fully satisfied, send us back the products with the original packing, package content and we will reimburse full amount of the original purshase.
Clip Harness warrants all products to be free of defects for of 1 year. Please, contact us immediatly if you encounter any trouble. We may ask you to provide some pictures and description of the defects. We will then evaluate the situation and seek for your complete satisfaction by sending you replacement parts.
Shipping charges are fixed prices to continental US & Canada, added to the order total. Shipping charges for returning a product after 30 days is at customer charge, while the shipping charges for a warranty is at our charge. Please contact us if you would like special delivery or grouping options.
